摘要
探讨了油井固井机的内阀设计问题,设计了一个类矩形形状,使得在最大范围内过流面积与内筒旋转角近似成线性关系,并计算出实际情况与严格线性关系的误差最小;根据过流面积与旋转角在主要工作区内成线性关系的条件,研究内孔与外孔带形区域的关系;通过建立类矩形模型和变分模型,找到了比较令人满意的内筒阀门形状。
The problems in inner valve’s design of cementation machine of oil well are discussed,We design a model similar to the shape of a rectangle,in which the nonlinear relationship is obtained between the overflow area and the inner canister’s angle of rotation.The error of the nonlinear relationship which was different from the strict linear relationship is estimated.Based on the condition that the overflow area and the inner canister’s angel of rotation being linear,the relationship of the belt between the inside-hole and the outside-hole is found.By establishing a model of rectangle and a model of calculus of variation,we find out a satisfying inner valve’s shape.
