摘要
白山片，具有清热解毒、扶正祛邪、化瘀散结，促使癌瘤缩小或消失和提高机体免疫等功能。用白山片治疗中晚期肺癌１０３例，结果，总缓解率为８５％，总有效率为９６％。动物实验建立起小白鼠Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌模型，实验结果，５－氟脲嘧啶阳性对照组抗肺癌抑制率为５０．２％，白山片抗肺癌抑制率高达６１．６％。
Abstract Baishanpian has the function of dissipating heat and detoxifying,activating the blood and eliminating the stagnant,softenning the hard and dissoluing the mass,reduce the tumours or make them disappeared and increase immune function of body.The applying Baishanpian in 103 cases to cure intermediate and advanced stages lung cancer,the curative effect result showed that the total relife rate was 85%,the total curative effect stood at 96%. Baishanpian′s inhibiting action on Lewis lung cancer model of small mice,the result from animal experiment and curative effect showed that the weight and size of the cancer in experimental group reduced obviously in contrast with that in control group.The inhibiting rate of antipulmonary carcinoma is 61.6%,it is superior 50.2% in positive control group(5-fluorocytosine).The result indicated that Baishanpian is excellent in contrast with the other medicines of the same kind.
