摘要
以雷公藤中的有效成分雷酚内酯及总生物碱为指标，研究雷公藤及含雷公藤的中药复方制剂中，雷公藤单独提取及其与方中相关药材共同提取时的动态变化。结果表明，雷公藤用８倍量７５％乙醇加热回流提取３次，每次１ｈ，其有效成分雷酚内酯及总生物碱含量较高；而雷公藤与方中其它药材共同提取时，总的趋势是，雷酚内酯的含量下降，而总生物碱含量则有提高。
The dynamic changes of active components of Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.F in Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.F and its compound preparation were studied when that was extracted alone or together with other Chinese materia medicas of prescription in triptophenolide and total alkaloid as indexes. As a result, the active components: triptophenolide and total alkaloid contents were higher when it was extracted for 3 times by the heat reflux method with 8 times amount of 75% of alcohol, 1 hour each time. But triptophenolide content decreased and total alkaloid content increased when it was extracted together with other Chinese materia medicas of prescription.
