摘要
乌江流域各少数民族习惯法虽各有其民族特色,但蕴含着大体相同的伦理精神。在生命意识方面,体现出乐观豁达的生命情怀,敬畏生命、淡然生死;在族籍归属上,具有强烈的民族自我意识,以族内婚制度强化民族自我识别标志,以血缘凝聚制度增强民族凝聚力;在生活意识方面,凸显出浓厚的和谐共生精神,提倡尊老爱幼以实现家庭和谐、注重互帮互助而实现社会和谐、强调天人合一而达到人与自然共生。这些伦理精神不仅是本地少数民族宝贵的文化遗产,而且对当下的文化建设具有极大的借鉴价值。
Though the customary law of minorities in the Wu River drainage basin has different national characteristics,it is the same generally in the ethnics.The ethnics embody optimistic and broad-minded feelings on life,i.e.awing for life and indifferent for live or dead.They have strong ego-consciousness in ascription of nationality,strengthening the national self-identification mark by the system of marriage inside the clan and the national cohesive force by the system of blood tie.They represent strong,harmonious coexistence spirit in the life consciousness,advocating respecting the elderly and loving the young so as to realize a harmonious family,and helping each other to realize a harmonious society,stressing the unity of heaven and man to realize coexistence of human and nature.These ethnics are not only precious cultural heritage of local minorities,but also of great reference value to the cultural building of our country at present.
