酸性氧化电位水冠周冲洗临床疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察酸性氧化电位水冠周冲洗治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床效果,探讨其作为冠周冲洗液的可行性。方法将120例智齿冠周炎患者分为2组,每组60例,分别采用酸性氧化电位水与双氧水生理盐水作为冠周冲洗液进行冠周冲洗治疗,治疗3d后对2组进行疗效观察。结果酸性氧化电位水组比双氧水生理盐水组的疗效好,差异有统计学意义。结论酸性氧化电位水制备方便,冠周冲洗效果良好,可作为急性智齿冠周炎常规冲洗液使用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) treatment on pericoronitis and explore the feasibility of EOW. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups, EOW group were treated with EOW and the control group were treated with hydrogen peroxode and physiological saline only. Effects of two group were observed and compared after 3 days of treatment. Results EOW was more effective than hydrogen peroxode on treating pericoronitis. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxode was convenient to prepare but EOW was more effective on treatment of pericoronitis. EOW can be used as a routine irrigating fluid.
