摘要
目的：研究高效液相色谱法测定国产奥沙普秦肠溶片含量。方法：色谱条件：Ｃ１８反相色谱柱，流动相甲醇水（７５∶２５），紫外检测波长２５４ｎｍ，内标二苯胺。结果：检测浓度在０．０４８～０．１１２ｍｇ·ｍｌ－１范围内，峰面积与浓度线性关系良好，回归方程Ａ＝１８．９１Ｃ＋０．０４９，ｒ＝０．９９９８，日内ＲＳＤ为０．９６％～１．８２％，平均回收率为９９．６％，ＲＳＤ＝０．９８％。结论：该法重现性好、灵敏度高。
OBJECTIVE:To study an HPLC method for the determination of oxaprozin tablets.METHODS:C 18 column was used,mobile phase was MeOH water(75∶25),detection wavelength was 254 nm.Diphenylamine was used as internal standard.RESULTS:Over the concentration range from 0.048 to 0.112 mg·ml -1 ,the linear regressin equation was A= 18.91 C+ 0.049 ,r= 0.999 8 .The within day RSD = 0.96% ～ 1.82% .The average recovery was 99.6% , RSD = 0.43% .CONCLUSIONS:The method was found to be accurate.
