摘要
20世纪80年代,日本开展对华合作体现为如下战略意图:从国家安全层面看,与中国的积极合作能够有效地遏制和抗衡前苏联的扩张,形成日、美、中对抗前苏联威胁的态势;基于经济战略上的考量,通过对中国现代化提供资金和技术合作,可以确保能源来源的多元化和进军潜力无限的中国市场;从情感因素方面考虑,日本政界人士对侵华战争中的罪行普遍抱有"负罪感",通过对华援助与合作的方式进行某种补偿,成为推动日本开展对华合作的促动因素之一。总之,对日本决策者而言,日本开展对华合作是贯彻和落实其综合安全保障战略的重要一环。
In the 1980＇s,Japan＇s strategic intentions in developing cooperation with China are as follows： From the perspective of state security,taken an active cooperation with China could effectively contain and counter the expansion of Soviet Union.Based on the economy strategy,by providing capital and technology,Japan could insure the diversity of its resources and enter into China＇s market that had limitless potential.Thinking from emotion factors,Japanese politicians generally had sense of guilty for the invasion of China,some compensation in the way of assistance and cooperation became the main push factors that made Japan cooperate with China.In brief,for Japanese policy makers,developing cooperation with China was the important part in carrying out its integration security and safeguard strategy.
