摘要
目的:探讨急诊科护士心理压力的相关因素及如何缓解其压力,维护其群体的心理健康。方法:采用问卷调查法中的护士压力源量表对我院急诊科病房和门诊126名护士的情况进行调查。结果:工作压力、工作性质与强度、患者和家属的不理解、职业危险及防护不利、待遇较低、社会心理支持不足等因素成为急诊科护士主要的工作压力。结论:工作压力过大对急诊科护士的护理工作质量造成很大的影响,医院管理者应针对护士工作压力源来采取有效的缓解措施,使护士在为患者提供服务中获得成功的喜悦,从而优化护患关系,提高护理质量。
Objective:To discuss the emergency nurses related to psychological stress factors and how to relieve the pressure,to maintain the mental health of their populations.Methods:Questionnaire was used in scale stressors of nurses in our hospital emergency wards and 126 nurses out to investigate.Results:Work stress,job nature and intensity,and lack of understanding of patients with their families,occupational hazards and protective negative,treatment with lower,such as a lack of psychosocial support in emergency department nurses to work stressors.Conclusion:Work pressure on the emergency department nurses adversely affect the quality of nursing work,hospital administrators should be sources of job stress for nurses to take effective measures to enable nurses to provide satisfactory services to patients in the joy of success,to optimize the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve the quality of care.
