摘要
目的探讨治疗重度氟骨症的有效方法。方法采用Ｘ线拍片确诊氟骨症患者，观察以氟康宁胶囊（主要成分马钱子）治疗患者前后症状、体征变化、劳动力恢复情况以及生化改变。结果治疗３３７例，痊愈或临床治愈２３９例，总治愈率７０．９２％，部分瘫痪病例（１６．０２％）能站起来行走，参加生产劳动。结论氟康宁是目前治疗中、重度氟骨症最有效药物之一。
Objective To approach an effective therapy for treatment of severe skeletal fluorosis.Methods A comparison observation was performed on changes of symptom,physical sign,strength and biochemistry of the patients seleted through X ray diagnosis,before and after taking drug of Fukangning (dog button is its main ingredient) capsule.Results 239 patients got clinical recovery among the 337 cases,with a total cure rate of 70.92%;16.02% of the disabled patients could stand up for walking and even working.Conclusion At present,Fukangning is one of the most effective drugs for curing patients who suffered from moderate or severe sketetal fluorosis.
