摘要
目的探讨肾错构瘤(Renal angioleiomyolipoma,RAML;or hamartoma)的CT表现特征。方法对经病理证实的33例RAML的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果含脂肪较多的RAML22例,占66%;含脂肪少的RAML10例,占30%;不含脂肪的RAML1例,占3%;RAML伴出血3例,占9%;RAML伴脑CT改变2例,占6%。结论 RAML典型的CT表现,能用作术前诊断。
Objective To explore CT features of renal angioleiomyolipoma.Methods The CT images of 33 cases of RMAL confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results With more adipose tissue of RAML was in 22 cases（66%）,with less adipose tissue in 10 cases（30%）,and no adipose tissue in 1 case（3%）,with nidus hemorrhage in 3 cases（9%）,with head CT changes in 2 cases（6%）.Conclusions Based on the CT manifestations,RMAL can be diagnosed.
