摘要
应用苓桂术甘汤加味联合抗痨药治疗结核性胸腔积液３９例，与单纯抗痨药治疗３７例作疗效对照观察。结果表明：治疗组在促进胸腔积液吸收、改善胸膜肥厚粘连方面疗效均明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜００５～００１），且具有缩短疗程，防止肝脏损害和降低复发率的作用。
A comparative observation of the therapeutic effects between 39 cases of tuberculous thoracic hydrops treated by Modified Poria Cinnamon,Atractylodes,and Liquorice Decoction combined with antituberculotic and 37 cases treated by the single antituberculotic was undertaken.The results showed that the therapeutic effect in promoting absorption of the thoracic hydrops and relieving adhesion of pachynsis pleurae was obviously better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05～0.01),and that the combined therapy has the functions to shorten the course of the treatments,avoid hepatic injury and decrease recurrence rate.
