摘要
本文对芪黄冲剂治疗乙型慢性病毒性肝炎进行临床疗效观察及实验研究。临床研究表明，芪黄冲剂对改善其症状、体征、肝功能有明显的疗效，对病毒指标的阴转疗效显著，ＨＢｅＡｇ的转阴率与对照组（乙肝清热解毒冲剂、乙肝养阴活血冲剂）相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）。实验研究表明，芪黄冲剂能有效地提高鸭肝病毒ＤＨＢＶＤＮＡ阴转率，治疗前后比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０００１）；对鸭肝组织的病理改变亦有显著的改善作用（Ｐ＜００１）。
The clincal and experimental study on chronic virus hepatitis B treated by Astragalus-Rhubarb Granules was undertaken in this project.The clinical study showed that Astragalus-Rhubarb Granules had obvious effect in improving its clinical symptoms,signs and hepatic functions and remarkable effect in negative transfer of virus indices,and that there was significant difference(p<0.01)in comparison of the negative-transfer rate in HbeAg and of that in the control group(Hepatitis B Heat-Clarifying and Detoxifying Granules,Hepatitis B Yin-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Granules).The experimental study showed that Astragalus-Rhubarb Granules could effectively enhance the negative-transfer rate of BHBV-DNA in the duck liver and there was a significant difference before and after the treatments(P<0.01),and that there was also an remarkable improving effect in pathologic change of the duck liver tissues(P<0.01).
