摘要
本文从理论体系的普遍特征出发，讨论中医理论体系的形成、现状与发展等问题。认为研究同一事物可以得出不同形式的理论，它们只有适用范围大小的区别，没有对、错之分；理论体系的抽象性越强，其所涵盖的范围也越大。“阴阳五行”学说理论上适用于整个物质世界；引入医学范畴后，通过对生命体的抽象与综合，形成了超越具体结构的整体性认识。古代医疗实践在未与阴阳五行学说相结合之前，尚没有形成真正的中医理论体系；历代医家的经验，也并非中医理论的核心内容；僵化了的机械的“阴阳五行”也非其理论的精华，中医真正的理论体系已逐渐湮没，支撑中医现状的仅仅是对某些疾病的独特疗效。因此，中医理论体系必须复兴，其发展必须运用中医的认识论和方法论对现代医学开辟的人体微观体系进行系统理论的重新构造。
In the discussion about these issues of the formation,revival and development of Chinese medical theoretical system from the general features of the theoretical system,this article believes that the theories in different forms could be obtained in the study of same matter.They were only different in the proper scopes,and not different in correctness.The higher abstract the theoretical system was ,the greater scope it could cover.Theoretically,the theory of yin and yang ” is suitable for the whole substance world.After it was introduced into the medical scope,by the abstract and generalization of the life activities,a new knowledge beyong the entirety of the concrete structure was formed.If not integrated with the theories of yin-yang and five elements,there was no real Chinese medical theoretical system in the medical practice in the ancient times.Experience of the medical practitioners in the successive dynasties were also not the kernel contents of Chinese medical theory.The rigid and mechanical“ yin-yang and five elements” were not the essentials of Chinese theories either.Chinese medical theoretical system has been gradually annihilated.What supports the current situation of Chinese medicine is just the specific therapeutic effect for some diseases.There fore,Chinese medical theoretical system must be revived and its development must be re-structured systematically and theoretically by the knowledge and methodology of Chinese medicine on the microcosmic system of the human body in modern medicine.
