摘要
目的利用外科方法有效地修复单侧完全性唇腭裂继发的鼻畸形。方法在矫正颌骨不对称畸形的基础上，矫正鼻软骨异常，并利用部分鼻唇肌束重建患侧鼻底区的口轮匝肌连续性，恢复表情肌动力平衡，从而修复鼻畸形。结果７８例患者经此法治疗后，鼻畸形得到明显改善。结论矫正颌骨、鼻软骨及表情肌异常，可有效地修复鼻畸形，其中可利用部分鼻唇肌束恢复表情肌动力平衡，实现功能性修复。
Objective To develop a new method to correct secondary nasanl deformities of cleft lip and palate. Methods Establishing the balance of maxilla on both sides, followed by varied procedures to correct anormaly of osseous cartilagious framework of nose, and taking some of nasal labial muscle to restore the continuity and balance of anterior facial expressive muscles. Results 78 cases were treated by this way and the result was satisfying. Conclusion Imbalance of maxilla and anterior facial expressive muscle and anormaly of nasal framework should be repaired for correcting the nasal deformity of cleft lip and palate effectively.
