本文讨论了由电脑控制的模拟交通警察调度处理交叉路口交通状况的基本思想，并分析了其实现的关键技术。
In this paper,the basic points and key techniques indevising a computerized traffic policeman system will be dealt with.This system will be very useful in the control of crossroads traffic.
