摘要
介绍了"顶层设计"的概念与内涵,阐释了"顶层设计"在基础生物学实验教学示范中心建设中的作用,并从建立"顶层设计"理念下的示范中心建设体系、建设方案关键内容和采用"项目群"管理,科学实施建设三方面论述了"顶层设计"在示范中心建设中的应用与实践。
The meaning and connotation of ＂top-level design＂ were introduced,the function of it on establishing representative center of biology experimental teaching（RCET） was pointed out.The application and practice of ＂top-level design＂ on establishing RCET were discussed from three aspects： constructing system of RCET and the key elements of the building programme under the guidance of ideas of a ＂top-level design＂ concept,and the ＂project groups＂ management and scientific implementation of the building project.
