摘要 分析了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)精制单元母液回收工艺存在的问题,即原工艺中母固回收存在过滤率低、滤布易破损、滤饼质量差等问题;提出了PTA精制单元母固回收改进工艺,采用金属粉末烧结滤芯作为PTA精制母液回收的过滤材料。结果表明:采用改进工艺精制母液中有机物颗粒的回收率达到96%~98%,PTA的对二甲苯单耗降低了2~3 kg/t,外排污水的化学耗氧量由原工艺的7 000μg/g降至2 400μg/g,滤后母液回用率30%,PTA产品节约成本30.96元/t。 The problems existing in the the liquor recovery technology for purified terephthalic acid (PTA) refining unit were analyzed, including low filterability, easily broken filter cloth, low-quality filter cake. The innovation of the liquor recovery technology was suggested for PTA refining unit. The filter element of sintered metal powder was used as the filtration material for PTA refining liquor recovery. The results showed that after the innovation, the recovery rate of organic powder reached 96% -98% from the refined liquor, the unit consumption of p -xylene for PTA production was decreased by 2 -3 kg/t, the chemical oxygen demand of discharged sewage was decreased to about 2 400 μg/g from 7 000 μg/g, and the cost of PTA production was reduced by RMB 30.96 yuan/t as the recovery rate of the filtered liquor was 30%.
