摘要
采用点滴法测定了我省金华市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯、敌敌畏、三氯杀虫酯、仲丁威5种杀虫剂的抗性。测定结果显示,该地家蝇对溴氰菊酯,二氯苯醚菊酯、敌敌畏3种杀虫剂产生了较高的抗性,与1981年—1983年我省家蝇抗性本底调查时相比较,这3种杀虫剂抗性分别提高了20.1429倍,7.7111倍和5.6494倍。三氯杀虫酯抗性提高了1.8633倍,抗性上升不明显。对仲丁威抗性,1981年—1983年尚未测定,本次测得其LD_(50)为80.6887(μg/蝇)。
The resistance to p - decamethrin,permethrin,DDVP,acetofenate and Bassa of Musca domestica from dinhua Zhejiang were stndied with topical apolication. The tested housefly showed high resistance to p-decamethrin ,permetrin and DDVP. The resistance increased for 20. 1429,7. 7111 and 5. 6494 times respectively compared with the results of the resistance background investigation in Zhejiang in 1981-1983. The resistance to acetofenate increased slightly for 1. 8633 times. The LD50(μg/insect)of Bassa was 80. 6887 with no result of 1981 - 1983.
