摘要
研究了采用化学氧化聚合法直接合成聚苯胺/环氧树脂防静电涂料的制备工艺。讨论了苯胺与环氧的质量比、氧化剂浓度、反应物酸浓度等反应条件对聚苯胺/环氧树脂防静电涂料性能的影响。结果表明,较佳的工艺条件为:苯胺与环氧树脂的质量比为0.3,盐酸浓度为2mol/L,氧化剂与苯胺的摩尔比为0.5时,制成的聚苯胺/环氧树脂防静电涂料相对较好,各项指标可满足防静电涂料的要求。
Studied one method of electrostatic conductive coating of polyaniline/epoxy resin which was direct composed by the chemical oxidation polymerization.The effect of reactive conditions on the polyaniline/epoxy composite coating such as mass ratio of aniline and epoxy,dosage of oxidantand and acid concentration of reactants were discussed.The result showed that the optimized technologic conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of aniline and epoxy was 0.3,the acid concentration of reactants was 2mol/L,the molar ration of ammonium persulfate and aniline was 0.5.The coating films made under above conditions were better,and it met the needs of electrostatic conductive coatings.
