摘要
用Ames 试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验及小鼠精子畸形试验对乙烯利进行了致突变作用研究。结果表明,Ames 试验各剂量组,加及不加S9 ,四个菌株均呈阴性;微核试验和精子畸形试验高剂量组微核率和精子畸形率与阴性对照组比较均有显著差异,提示乙烯利对小鼠体细胞和生殖细胞具有潜在诱变作用。
The mutagenicity of Ethrel was studied by Ames test, sperm deformity test and marrow micronucleus test in mice. The results showed that Ames test was negative, but the rates of marrow cells micronucleus and spermatic deformity in high dosage group were increased and statistically significant difference was observed between treated and control groups. It is indicated that Ethrel has potential mutagenicity for somatic cells and reproductive cells in mice.
