摘要
通过对不同的模型仿真研究,分析消声器的扩张比、内插管长度、共鸣腔、扩张腔的个数等因素对消声器传递损失的影响。经COMSOL仿真分析表明,结构参数对消声器消声性能的影响明显。优化消声器的结构参数可以有效增加消声器的传递损失,为消声器的改进与设计提供有效参考。
Through the simulation of different models,this paper analyzes the the impacts of muffler expansion ratio,the length of insert tube,the number of resonance cavities,the number of expansion chambers and other factors on transmission losses.COMSOL simulation analysis showed that the parameters of structure obviously affected the muffler performance.Optimizing structural parameters can effectively improve the transmission losses of muffler.It can provide an effective reference for muffler design and improvement.
