摘要
目的研究ＣＤ４４变异体在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法应用逆转录┐聚合酶链反应（ＲＴ┐ＰＣＲ）检测２０例乳腺癌原发灶和１０例腋窝转移性淋巴结，以及３０例乳腺良性肿块周边正常组织的标本中ＣＤ４４变异体的表达。结果２０例乳腺癌原发灶中１８例及１０例腋窝转移淋巴结中１０例有２７５ｂｐＣＤ４４变异体表达，而３０例乳腺良性肿块周边正常组织均无２７５ｂｐＣＤ４４变异体表达。
Objective:To study the value of CD 44 variant in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:Expression of 275 bp CD 44 variant was detected for in normal tissue from benign breast disease and tumor tissue from primary spot and metastatic axillary nodes with breast cancer by using RT PCR.Results:18/20 cases of primary breast cancer and 10/10 cases of metastatic axillary nodes expressed 275 bp CD 44 variant,whereas no expression in normal tissue.Conclusion:CD 44 variant might be a reliable marker for diagnosis of breast cancer.
