摘要
用米非司酮终止早孕被公认是一种非手术终止妊娠的有效方法，我院于1993年3月至1996年8月使用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕1002例，因给药方案不同，完全流产率有显著差异，完全流产率最高达94．74％，具有方便、经济、作用快、痛苦小、副反应轻、效果满意等优点。
It is considered that Mifepristone could terminate the pregnant instead of operation. We used Mifepristone plus Misoprostol for terminating 1002 cases of early pregnant from March, 1993 to August 1996. The comp1ete abortion ratio showed significant difference because of different administration of drugs. The highest complete abortion ratio was reached to 94. 74% and showcd the feature of convenient,economic,little side effect.
