摘要
解尔分思片是一种异种胶原膜，能促进肉芽组织生长，参与组织修复．具有良好的止血作用。一年余应用解水分思片治疗乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣坏死，减轻乳腺癌改良根治术后创面渗液，乳腺区段切除及甲状腺次全切除术后创面渗血25例，结果表明，创面愈合时间缩短，渗出减少，凝血时同缩短，说明解尔分思对软组织损伤，切除创面渗血有很大使用价值。
GELFIX is an xeno -collagen membrane. It can promote the granulation tissue growth,tissue repair and wound hemostasis. 25 cases patients with flap necrosis after radical mastectomy, under flap dropsy and wound hemorrhage of local mastectomy and partial thyroidectomy were treated by GELFIX membrane in the past year. The resu1t showed that GELFIX can promote wound healing,decrease excretion and hemostasis function. It is worthy to be recommended in the tissue repair and wound hemostasis.
