胺碘酮联合氯沙坦治疗房颤的效果评价 被引量：1

摘要 目的:评价胺碘酮联合氯沙坦治疗房颤的疗效。方法:选择在本院就诊的房颤患者90例,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,患者年龄32～72岁。对照组服用胺碘酮200mg/d,第1周3次/d,第2周减至2次/d,第3周减至1次/d。观察组在对照组的基础上联合氯沙坦,氯沙坦50mg/d,1次/d。结果:复律6个月后两组患者的左心房内径(LAD)、左心室舒张末期容量(EDV)及左心室收缩末期容量(ESV),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间未发现患者有不良反应。结论:采用胺碘酮联合氯沙坦治疗房颤患者,疗效佳,而且具有良好的安全性。
