摘要
制药行业对生产工艺中的空气温度、相对湿度、洁净度、风速和各车间之间的压差等均有较为严格的要求。洁净空调能否调节空气参数、使之达到工艺要求是决定生产药品品质的关键因素之一。本文就上海某制药厂新建和改建厂房的洁净空调调试中的一些困难和解决方法作出分析,以供同行参考。
There＇re many strict requirements of air in pharmacy industry,such as temperature,relative humidity,cleanness,velocity,pressure difference and so on.If these parameters are not ensured,this will get a bad impact on the quality of the medicine.Discusses about the clean air-conditioning in one pharmacy plant.The clean air-conditioning is contained of two parts,one is new built and the other is rebuilt,so the air-conditioning system is complicated and there＇re some problems.Finds the solutions to resolve them for other engineers＇ reference.
