摘要
研究了ZrCl4/Et2AlCl/第三组分体系催化1-丁烯的二聚反应。结果表明,聚合反应温度、助催化剂Et2AlCl的量、有机膦的量等对催化剂性能影响很大,在最佳反应条件下,1-丁烯的转化率为91.9%,二聚体C=8的选择性为76.7%,2-乙基-1-己烯的选择性为54.1%。另外,还讨论了反应的金属氢化物机理,并获得了支持该机理存在的间接证据。
The dimerization of 1 butene using ZrCl 4/Et 2Al Cl/the third component as catalyst has been studied. Results showed that the reaction temperature, Al/Zr ratio and P/Zr ratio had siginificant influences on the conversion of 1 butene and the distribution of dimerization products. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the conversion of 1 butene was 91.9%, the selectivity of dimers was 76.7% and that of 2 ethyl 1 hexene was 54.1%. In addition, it was presumed that the dimerization reaction was attributed to the metal hydride mechanism, and some indirect evidences were obtained for supporting this mechanism.
