摘要 介绍胜华炼油厂的常减压蒸馏、减粘渣油、氧化沥青热联合处理方法的节能设计,所采用的节能设计措施有:采用热联合工艺流程、采用闪蒸塔方案、优化常压塔取热分配、优化减压塔的取热分配、氧化沥青部分热量的利用、利用减一中回流热产生蒸气、优化换热流程等,以及采用新技术后降低的装置能耗及分析。 Abstract The energy saving design of combining processing method for atmospheric and vacuum distillation, residuum visbreaking and asphalt oxidation is introduced. Adopted energy saving design measures include the utilization of heat combined process flow, the adoption of flash vaporizer, the optimization of heat removed distribution of atmospheric column, the optimization of heat removed distribution of vacuum tower, the utilization of part of heat from oxidized asphalt and steam generated from the return heat of first mid section pumparound of vacuum tower, the optimization of heat exchange flow, and reduced energy consumption of the unit and its analysis after applying new technology.
