摘要
介绍了不锈钢换热器的腐蚀情况。通过直观检查腐蚀现象,对比晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀及晶间应力腐蚀,确定为晶间应力腐蚀,并分析了腐蚀产生的原因。根据晶间应力腐蚀产生机理,在制造上采取了一系列措施后。
The corrosion status of the heat exchanger of the stainless steel was described. Through directly inspecting of corrosion phenomenom, comparing the intergranular corrosion, stress corrosion and intergranular-stress corrosion, the intergranular-stress corrosion was determined as major corrosion type and the corrosion cause was analyzed. According to the mechanism of the formation of interganular-stress corrosion, a series of measures were adopted for equipment manufacture, so the corrosion phenomenom was eliminated or mitigated.
