摘要
现代剧场对电力谐波指标要求越来越严格,演出中广泛使用的可控硅调光器由于在运行时会产生大量谐波,已经越来越不能满足需求。而基于IGBT的正弦波调光器可以有效地避免大量谐波的产生,是未来调光器的发展趋势。为此,本文提出了一种新型斩控式正弦波调光器,介绍了基于IGBT的新型斩控式正弦波调光器的硬件设计以及软件设计。经过实验测试,系统软硬件设计正确,功能符合要求,性能良好,完全满足舞台调光需求。本文的研究对舞台调光系统的技术发展,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
As the demand of modern theater to the index of power harmonics is more and more strict,the dimmer based on SCR(silicon controlled rectifier) can't meet the demand because it will generate a great deal of harmonics.The dimmer based on IGBT could reduce the amount of harmonics,so it is the development trend of future.A new Sine Wave Stage Dimmer Based on AC chopping control is proposed,and the hardware and software of it is introduced in this paper.The experimental results show that the soft and hardware system designed reasonably,the function meets the requirements,and the performance meets the needs of the stage light adjusting system.For the development of stage light adjusting system technology,our research is of some theoretical and practical value.
