摘要
用失重法研究了缓蚀剂苯并咪唑烯丙基硫醚(BMPT)在5%盐酸中添加浓度与1Crl8Ni9Ti不锈钢缓蚀率的关系,解释了低浓度下BMPT加速腐蚀的原因,探讨了吸附等温式,计算了吸附热,并推断BMPT在不锈钢表面的吸附为化学吸附,通过极化曲线的测量,证明BMPT是一种阴、阳极混合型缓蚀剂.
The relation of the concentration of 2-propenylthio benzimidazole (BMPT) in 5% HC1 to inhibiting ratio was studied using weight-loss method. The reason for BMPT accelerating corrosion at very low concentration was interpreted. The adsorption isotherm was investigated and the adsorption heat was calculated. It was suggested that the adsorption of BMPT on stainless steel surface be chemosorption. It was proved, by polarization curve measurement, that BMTP was a mixing-type inhibitor.
