摘要
换热式等温逆流尿素合成塔,系将甲铵生成的高温热提供作甲铵脱水反应成尿素必要的热量,用于老厂节能增产改造时,只增加一个换热式合成塔,生产能力可提高(50~100)%,且公用工程消耗降低50%。在发展天然气制氨高压变换气联尿生产尿素的同时,可代替合成氨的脱除CO2装置,使整个氨和尿素组合合理。
If heat exchanger type isotherm counter current urea convertor is used to modify old plant, capacity can be enlarged about (50100)%, utility consumption can be cut down about 50%. If it is applied in the process, in which high pressure shifted gas is used to the coproduction of urea, CO2 removal unit can be canceled. the combination of ammonia and urea production will become more rational with large amount of energy saving.
