古籍记载了中华民族悠久的历史和灿烂的文化，是我们祖先的智慧结晶，是当代文明的不竭源泉，是优秀的文化遗产。政府应将古籍保护、利用和服务纳入国家信息基础设施建设之中，除加大资金投入之外，还应制定相应的政策和法规，走法制化道路势在必行。参考文献9。
The ancient books records the long history and splendid culture of our country, and it is the wisdom of our ancestors, the inexhaustible source of contemporary civilization, and an excellent cultural heritage. Government should take the ancient protection, use and services into the national information infrastiucture construction, and gov- ernent should formulate corresponding policies and regulations expect for increasing the financial input. 9 Refs.
