摘要
以阳离子交换树脂为载体,钙基蒙脱土经微波加热离子交换制备镍基蒙脱土,Ni2+交换程度达到914%.丙烯酰胺经络合引入蒙脱土层间聚合为复合材料,使层间距增至2nm左右,同时考察了调湿性能与原料配比的关系.
A kind of composite of humidity controlling materials was prepared by diffusion of acrylamide into interlayer of Ni 2+ montmorillonite and followed by polymerization.Using cation exchange resin as cation source,the natural Ca 2+ montmorillonite was converted to sodium form and then to nickel form by means of the cation exchange reaction of the montmorillonites and cation resin.The ratio of Ni 2+ ion exchange in montmorillonite reached 91.4 %.After diffusion of acrylamide into the interlayer at 333K for 20h and polymerizing at 343K for 5h with (NH 4) 2S 2O 8 as initiator,the X ray diffraction results of samples showed that the distance of two layers is 2 nm or more.The humidity controlling properties of the composites can be adjusted by the contents of montmorillonite in the composites.
