摘要
因意外冷冻再溶解后的５μｇ／０．５ｍｌ基因乙肝疫苗的抗原性比正常冷藏的基因乙肝疫苗要低，但比１０μｇ／ｍｌ血源乙肝疫苗要高得多。用冻溶的基因乙肝疫苗５００支接种人群后，三个月内未发现异常反应。乙肝疫苗的保存应严格遵守不要冷冻的要求，但对探讨如何处置冷冻的乙肝疫苗可能是有益的。
Antigenicity of 5
μg/0 5ml gene hepatitis B vaccine,which redissolved after frozen accidentally,is lower than
usual cold storage,but higher than that of 10μg/ml hepatitis B vaccine from blood.A crowd of
people were inoculated with 500 ampoule redissolved after frozen gene hepatitis B vaccine,the
results have not show any abnormal reaction within 3 months.Store of hepatitis B vaccine
should not follow freezing strictly,however,it may be useful for discussionfor how to manage
gene hepatitis B vaccine frozen accidentally.
