摘要
京师图书馆是我国国家图书馆的前身,其创建意义重大。在其创建过程中学部作用至为关键,其表现有奏设京师图书馆;颁布京师及各省图书馆章程;征调图书确立馆藏基础等。
Jingshi library is the original basis for our national library and the significance of its foundation is great.In its foundation the function of Education Ministry is critical and manifests itself as follows： presenting a memorial to set up Jingshi library,authorizing regulations for Jingshi library and provincial libraries,requisitioning books to establish collection foundation and so on.
