摘要
生成教学的突出特征在于它的过程性与平等对话,即在教学过程中增长学生的知识与技能,培养学生的情感、态度和价值观;在平等对话中实现师生交往、生生交往,培养学生创造能力、创新思维。生成教学是实现素质教育的一种新的教学哲学,实施生成教学必须遵循差异性、过程性、平等性、开放性和关系性原则,实施生成教学要求学校采取相应措施促进教师更新观念、增长智慧、积极实践。
The outstanding characteristics of generative teaching are its process property and equal dialogue, which makes it possible for students to acquire knowledge, improve their skill, develop their emotion, attitudes and values. During the process of equal dialogue, not only the interaction of teacher-student but also that of student-student can be realized, at the same time, the students~ creativity and creative thinking can be fostered. Generative teaching, as a kind of new teaching philosophy, is an effective way to achieve quality-oriented education. In the process of implementing generative teaching, such principles as diversity, process property, equality, openness and relationality should be obeyed. In order to put generative teaching into practice, the schools are required to take appropriate measures to help teachers renew their teaching beliefs, improve their teaching wisdom and practise actively.
