摘要
目的探讨新生儿血清甲状腺激素水平与胎龄、出生体重的关系。方法用化学发光免疫分析法测定不同胎龄、出生体重新生儿血清T3、T4、TSH水平,分别按胎龄和出生体重进行分组比较,并对胎龄、出生体重与甲状腺激素(T3、T4、TSH)行相关性分析。结果随着胎龄、出生体重的增加,新生儿血清T3、T4水平升高(P<0.05),TSH无显著性差异(P>0.05);新生儿胎龄、出生体重与血清T3、T4水平亦呈正相关(P<0.05),而与血清TSH水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论胎龄越小或出生体重越低,血清T3、T4水平越低,而TSH基本正常。新生儿血清T3、T4水平与胎龄及出生体重呈显著正相关。
Objective To study the relationship between the neonatal serum thyroid hormone levels and gestational age, birth weight. Methods Neonatal serum T3, T4, TSH levels were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay. The neonates were divided into several groups according to the gestational age and birth weight. Compared the difference between those groups. Analyzed the relationship between the level of thyroid hormone (T3, T4, TSH) and gestational age, birth weight. Results With the gestational age, birth weight increased, neonatal serum T3, T4 levels increased ( P 〈 0.05). The level of TSH was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). Neonatal gestational age, birth weight and serum T3, T4 levels were positively correlated ( P 〈 0.05), while serum TSH levels with no correlation (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The smaller gestational age or birth weight, the lower the serum T3, T4 levels. The TSH level was normal. Neonatal serum T3, T4 levels and gestafional age, birth weight were significantly positively correlated.
