摘要
抗病毒药物按作用可分为抗逆转录酶病毒药物、抗巨细胞病毒药物、抗肝炎病毒药物、抗疱疹病毒药物和抗流感病毒药物。本文着重讨论了各类药物的抗病毒作用特点、主要不良反应。
According to their antiviral activity,antiviral agents can be classified into 5 groups:antiretroviral(anti HIV) including the nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, non nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors and the protease inhibitors,antivirals that inhibit hepatitis virus,antivirals that inhibit cytomegalovirus,antivirals that inhibit herpesvirus and antivirals that inhibit influenza virus.This review discusses their pharmacological properties,main adverse drug reactions,therapeutic use and introduces some advances in the research of antivirals.
