摘要
用XeF2与橡胶表面发生反应。在不同条件下,得到氟化改性的结果,其表面致密光滑,表面含有一定量的氟,在高分子链上发生氟原子取代氢原子,形成碳氟键,并且氟化程度随时间增长而进一步加深,橡胶的性能明显提高。
The surface of rubber takes place reactions with xenon difluoride at different conditions, at the result the surface fluorination were changed, the surface contains a part of fluorine. The hydrogen atoms were substituted by fluorine atoms, that are existing C F bond. The analytical method with a larger depth of information indicated that fluorination progresses into the depth of the sample with increasing fluorination time, the various properties of rubber are evidently enhanced.
