摘要
用乳液聚合法合成了聚异戊二烯胶乳,用水合肼/H2O2的方法进行了乳液加氢试验。红外光谱表明,加氢效果是明显的,但同样条件下的氢化程度不如丁腈胶乳和丁苯胶乳。加氢过程的红外跟踪分析发现,1,2加成物的氢化速度比3,4和1,4加成物快得多。聚异戊二烯经乳液加氢后,对聚丙烯有显著的增韧效果。
Polyisoprene samples emulsion polymerized were hydrogenated in latex form with diimide generated in situ by the oxidation of hydrazine hydrate. It is shown that under the same conditions the hydrogenation of polyisoprene is not as full as NBR and SBR. The process of hydrogenation was followed by Infrared Spectroscopy, it was found that the absorption of 1,2 adduct lowered much faster than 3,4 and 1,4 adducts. The hydrogenated polyisoprene showed higher Tg value in the DSC scan. The impact strength of polypropylene is increased four times through blending with the polyisoprene sample hydrogenated.
