摘要
目的探讨抗精神病药物对精神病患者体重的影响。方法用自编的调查表对使用抗精神病药物治疗的精神分裂症患者作调查。结果所有抗精神病药物对精神病患者均能引起体重增加的副作用,尤其以舒必利和氯氮平较多。结论抗精神病药物可以引起精神病患者体重增加,进而影响药物治疗的依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of antipsychotic drug on weight in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 296 case of schizophrenia will be investigated with questionnaire.Results All antipsychotic drug can give occasion to effects on increasing of weight,in chief of sulpiride and clozapine.Conclusion The effects on increasing of weight were caused by antipsychotic drug.It will be affected the compliance of treatment.
