摘要
目的观察清热解毒、凉血化瘀法治疗以实证为主的过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 58例患儿予以清热解毒凉血化瘀汤加减治疗,14d为1个疗程,共治疗2～3个疗程。结果治愈42例,显效13例,无效3例,总有效率为94.8%。结论清热解毒、凉血化瘀法治疗过敏性紫癜可以收到较为满意的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of clearing away heat and toxic material,removing heat and stasis from the blood method treating allergic purpura,which mainly excess syndrome.Methods 58 cases were treated with clearing away heat and toxic material,removing heat and stasis from the blood method,14 days was a course of treatment,treated 2 ～ 3 courses.Results Cured 42 cases,13 shown obviouse efficiency,3 cases with no effect.The total effective rate was 94.8 %.Conclusion The method that clearing away heat and toxic material,removing heat and stasis from the blood for allergic purpura,can receive more satisfactory curative effects.
