摘要
采取数理统计法、问卷调查法、文献资料法等科研方法对健身舞(操)对怀化市群众心理健康的影响进行研究.从而得知通过健身舞(操)锻炼,会对群众的心理健康素质水平起到良性影响,面向社会推广健身舞(操)具有深远的现实意义,不但有助于群众心理健康水平的提高,同时也是推动群众文化建设,丰富社区文化的重要举措之一.并针对结论作出适当建议.
The impact of setting-up exercise(dance)on the mental health of the common people in Huaihua City is studied by the scientific methods of mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and documentation.Setting-up exercise(dance)which should be popularized socially has benign impact on the mental health level of the common people and is of profound realistic meaning.It not only can enhance the mental health of the common people but is one of the important measures to promote the establishment of mass cultural and community culture.Some proper suggestions to the conclusion are given in the end.
