摘要
知识经济使人类社会全面进入休闲社会,体育的休闲化和生活化成为一种趋势。高校休闲体育具有生物学、心理学、社会学和哲学等价值。高校可以通过休闲体育宣传、体育教学模式和方法的改进、师资队伍的培育以及体育设施的建设等途径来加快高校休闲体育建设。
Knowledge-based economy put human society enter the leisure society,and sports is being a part of leisure and life.Leisure sports is a value set including biology,psychology,sociology and philosophy and so the construction of leisure sports is imperative.Universities can promote the developing of leisure sports through the publicity of leisure sports,the improvement of teaching models and methods,the training of teacher teams and the construction of sports facilities and other ways.
