摘要
对循环水弱酸再生废液处理排放系统由于硫酸钙沉积造成设备和管道结垢、污堵的原因和系统运行方式进行分析,利用循环水稀释以及循环水中残余的阻垢性能对稀硫酸再生弱酸阳树脂时的再生废液进行处理,通过该方法处理后弱酸再生废液系统不再出现硫酸钙沉积现象,并减少了再生废液的中和用碱量,完全解决了弱酸处理再生废液沉积以及排放系统存在的问题。
This paper analyzed the reason and manner of operation of equipment and pipelines scale deposits caused by calcium sulfate deposit on the circulating water weak acidrecycling waste water treatment disposal system.Used recycled water for dilution,and scaled inhibition properties of residual water cycle on the sulfuric acid regeneration of weak acid Yang resin regeneration waste processed through the treatment process.Waste recycling system is no longer acidic calcium sulfate deposition phenomena occur,and reducing the regeneration of waste water and in alkali and weak acid treatment completely resolved the regeneration of waste deposition and drainage system problems.
