EMS-1基因与头颈肿瘤

摘要 EMS-1基因是Schuuring等1992年在人类乳腺癌和头颈部鳞癌细胞中克隆出来的位于人类染色体11q13新的癌基因。该基因编码产物Cortactin是一种位于细胞皮质区的肌动蛋白结合蛋白,参与细胞骨架系统的调控、细胞外信号转导以及细胞黏附等过程。近几年来,EMS-1基因在肿瘤发生、发展中的分子机制研究取得很大进展。综述如下。
