摘要
介绍了ＧＴＯ逆变器贯穿短路时的一些保护方法；以短路过程分析为基础，阐述了应用短路分流法保护时电路有关参数的选择原则；给出了ＧＴＯ逆变器贯穿短路保护装置的实例。
Breakthrough protections for GTO thyristor inverters are described.Based on the analysis of short circuit process,the principle to select relevant parameters when applying short circuit shunting protection is introduced.Examples of GTO thyristor inverter breakthrough protection devices are given.
