摘要
城乡结合部基层党组织执政能力的强弱直接关系着城乡结合部的改革、发展和稳定,关系着党在城乡结合部执政地位的巩固。随着社会不断发展变化,城乡结合部基层党组织执政能力建设面临新的挑战。只有从队伍结构、发展经济的能力等方面不断加强城乡结合部基层党组织执政能力建设,它才能发挥战斗堡垒作用,才能团结带领群众迈进全面小康社会。
The fringe of the Party Organizations strength is related to the urban-rural reform,development and stability,relations with the ruling party in the urban-rural status of the consolidation directly.With the continuous development of society change,urban-rural grass-roots Party Organizations are facing new challenges.It can play a strong fighting force,to unite and lead the masses into the round well-off society by strengthening the ranks of the structure,the capacity for economic development of urban-rural grassroots party organizations ability.
