摘要
编制铁路集装箱中转配装计划是一个半结构化多阶段（二阶段）决策问题。本文首次建立庞大的知识库，用智能化决策支持系统的思想、方法和图论的数学方法解决集装箱中转配装计划编制问题。这种方法切合此问题的特点且直观易行。
The compilation of railway container transfer loading plan is a semi structured question and multi stage(two stage)decision question .The methods and thoughts of an intelligent Decision Support System are first introduced into this field.It becomes very easy to make the plan by establishing several big knowledge bases and using the algorithm with lowest cost and highest flow.
